Congrats to the Boogies entry into the recent MPA competition in Transcona. We had paddlers from both the rec and competitive team in this event, and our squad had an “interesting” weekend, but managed to win the “D” Division. After being bogged down in lane 1 for our 200m sprint AND our 2 seeding heats, we finally were sprung from lane 1 hell into lane 3 for our final, where we posted the FASTEST TIME of the day (2:16 and change), beating the times in the “C”, “B” and even the “A” Division finals.
